Knowbody not any store I know can beat best buys no hassle geek club or warranty. Every single time I had to bring a product back never had a problem. Computer problem they take care of it or replace it. Best Buy is the best when comes to warranty and geek squad

My experience with the home theater personnel was absolutely excellent.

The replacement plans with Best Buy are great. If anything happens you just bring the item back and get a gift card to repurchase or you can purchase something else.

Peace of mind, hopefully won't be needed but will have it just in case

I have not had to use this protection as of yet however, I am sure they will take pretty good care of my product.

We picked up the television and installed ourselves. Super easy, except for configuring the television remote with the cable remote volume.

I hope I never have to use it, but the coverage is good for a good price. Only negative is that I would have to bring it in because it is smaller than 42". I guess that is OK, but I am a small 65+ woman. Not easy for me.

This TV was not the one I came in the store for but ended up being a great buy! They store ran out of the product I was looking for right at Christmas time. Clerk found a comparable model for me within my price range. I was a little hesitant due to volume in the store did not seem very loud. Got it home it is wonderful.

Bought this on my old set and it more than paid for the cost. It got me a new TV! Several years ago I bought a router & didn’t buy the extended warranty and it died! I had to call the manufacturer and had to wait months for a new one! Don’t learn the hard way!

I usually don't buy extended warranties unless the product cost me some real cash and I plan on keeping it a while. I bought it for a big TV back when they were still pretty expensive and it definitely paid off. So make your own decision but I think it's worth it if the product cost enough and you plan on keeping it

I purchased the five year warranty on my expensive new flat green 60 inch which was highly recommended by the geek squad, and sales team

I had a two year old Samsung 55” TV. I purchased an extra year’s warranty. Two months after my warranty expired, HALF of my screen went black. I replaced it with a new 55” Samsung, but purchased a 5 year warranty. Hopefully this TV will make it past 2 years.

With having two kids, who broke my last TV, it was a no brainer to go with the 5 year warranty! This will be the last TV I have to purchase for a long time, so I wanted to make sure nothing happens to it in the next 5 years!

I had a problem with my tv and the Chromecast that was built in it and they gave me my money back and I bought another tv that was better then the one I had the problem with, The geek squad is the best when it come to fixing things. They even have fast service.

Agent came over help set up and answer all our questions. He was friendly, personable and patient. Great representative for Best Buy.
