Geek Squad 5 years plan save my bacon on TV’s twice now, it’s a must have for any owners purchasing at Best Buy.

Unknown, have not used yet this yet. We will see how it works in the future

We buy this on every TV we buy. Hopefully we won't need it on the new TV! We did use it on our previous TV The Geek squad spent a couple of hours trying to find out what was wrong. Once they figured it out, they fixed it quickly. Very efficient!

They were friendly and helpful but getting the appointment was more difficult than it needed to be

Great sound bar and is still work ! Bestbuy workers did fantastic helping me find the right one for my 75” Samsung tv!

Have been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years. They stand by what they sell and the Geek Squad is always there to help. Did not use them for my most recent purchase but would recommend them to assist in TV and surround sound installation to those that need it.

Good service, never had problems in past replacing/fixing things.

5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a no-brainer. Covers just about every incident that could happen to the equipment.

I have not had to use this service yet and hope that I won't need to. Bought it 'just in case'. And because I haven't used Geek Squad (so I can't actually give an accurate star rating) I gave it 4 stars in hopes that if I have to use it, they will measure up to at least a 4, but hopefully will be a 5.

The geek squad has helped me several times with my purchases. They are great and well knowledged on several things.also the coverage of my purchases is worth the extra money.

TV quit after a few days. They brought out a new one and set it up for us. We bought the tv to replace one that was less than 3years old that had quit. It was a different brand and we had not purchased the extended warranty. Great piece of mind and we were real pleased with the knowledge of the Geek Squad.

Most protection plans are a waste of money but this plan is money well spent. After 3 years my OLED tv’s picture went bad and Geek Squad replaced it with a brand new top of the line tv. I am extremely happy and I highly recommend this protection plan to everyone with a high end tv.

This is one of the Absolute BEST TVs that I have ever owned and the amount of free channels from Samsung show me that I do not need cable TV and that my Apps like Prime, YouTube, etc. The sound and picture clarity of this Samsung is wonderful and the only thing that I could say is that if they added a built-in sound bar option would be amazing.

Love knowing that I have protection for years to come. Thank you Best Buy for making this so easy on me!

These plans are a great value for protection against burn-in on OLED TVs. Only $160 for 5 year protection on LG C2 42. Highly recommend. I owned a CX for 3 years and had no burn in (gave that one to my sibling now), but always great to have the peace of mind. Better safe than sorry!
