This right here is a must have. They brought in my TV and it had a crack in the middle of it and I called them and they came out the next day with a brand new TV. They didn't ask a lot of questions they just replaced it they said my warranty was good and it was here to help me answer me if I had any problems or complications called them and they will take care of everything. Having a warranty on your stuff that you purchase at Best Buy is the best thing that you can ever do.

It’s always great to have some extra protection for life’s unexpected events, and I like having that peace of mind.

Haven’t had to use it and hopefully won’t but it’s nice to know I’m protected should I need it

I bought the 5 year as many short warranty TV breaks just after warranty ends, so lets see how long this 65 will last

I've had two Samsung flat screens die at the 4 year mark. I had the 5 year warranty on the, First time it only cost me around $100 for a replacement. This time I switched to Sony and it cost me a couple hundred over the warranty refund. So I purchased the the 5 yr warranty on the Sony.

Hopefully i will never use this but its there if needed

Comes in handy. Peace of mind to have because you never know what happened with electronics.

I purchased the 5 year protection plan on a previous tv. At 4 years and 11 months, the picture started to go out. Geek Squad was fast to come out and diagnose. Unfortunately, they didn't make the part anymore to fix it, so they gave me a gift card for a comparable tv that is 5 years newer. It was a no brainer to buy this protection for my next TV.

Havent used them yet but I have in the past great service

The guys were were terrific, worked proficiently and with good care, cleaned up b4 they left

Geek Squad not able to help as product still under manufacturer warranty, but transfered me directly to samsung to get replacement

The Geek Squad was excellent, but the TV is the problem. At present, the problem has not been resolved. The Hisense H5500G 43" Android LED Smart Tv demonstrates poor picture quality. The picture is often slightly blurred or temporarily cleared. This product is not acceptable. However, it is this Tv not all of them. Apparently, there is a defect.

Hopefully won't need the warranty, but gives peace of mind with the purchase of a large TV.

2 year protection is a must have for all products. I have a 3 year old daughter and she spilled orange juice on my Chromebook. Absolutely something that was my fault and typically i wouldn't expect to be refunded or covered here. No questions asked they took in my device, attempted to fix and when they could not I received a full credit a little over a month after dropping it off.
