I really hate the geek squad when it comes to cell phones, but, my TV experience with geek squad was exceptional. They were quick, and had some options I wanted at a super low price. They were also ready to take care of my situation, before I was, that is quick service

Can’t really say much but I do know they honor their service and they do get things fixed. If they don’t they will replace a new item so I can say the service is.

Have not had to use yet, but Best Buy sells warranty based on sale price, not original price , so it is an INCREDIBLE value. If you buy your item on sale, open box, or Clearance, don't hesitate to make the investment in the warranty. My TV was on sale for $399 from $749 and warranty was probably of what it would have been if not onsale.

Helps you feel safe with lots of help and options for returning/exchanging items.

Gives peace of mind on a major TV investment and has always been super easy to work with.

I normally am conflicted, should I purchase the warranty or not? Save some money? Boy was I glad to have made the purchase. The fees associated with repair/replace the item exceeded the amount for Geek Squad warranty. I highly recommend everyone consider this warranty to cover your purchases.

It is a nice basic 4k smart tv, but the operating system is just so different for me, and it doesnt get some streaming channels, 1 very important to me i ended up getting an Amazon fire stick. It only has 1 hdmi connection as well which is really a pain. Another thing i had to add onto this, an hdmi splitter which worked ok for 1 day. Oyy.

Great website to order from and had no issues buying or picking up. Also have had no issues setting up myself.

Very good quality tv and the 65” fit out layout nicely. Tv remote is a little slow or maybe its the UI but I use apple tv so I dont have to deal with that too much. It does have shortcut buttons for netflix, prime video and disney+ on the remote which is nice. It only has two hdmi ports which sucks for a big tv

Due to scheduling/personnel shortages/general societal chaos etc it took a full week before anyone could get out to help us. I do not blame GS in any way. Once Steve arrived everything was taken care of in minutes. The entire process was explained and all will be well in just a few hours.

I needed this use the warranty for my 65” Oled that had dead pixels. A tech came out and checked. The next day I received a store credit for the price paid for the tv.

Geek Squad is the best friend to any big purchase you make. You got questions, concerns they are here for you. I have never had a problem and have purchased Geek Squad with all my Best Buy purchases that I know I will use daily.

I haven't needed to contact the geek squad yet, but having the coverage at a very good price is comforting.

We have very destructive cats in the house, so it's probably a good investment to have a coverage.

I have not had to use the geek squad so I really can’t give an accurate review. But it is nice to know they are there if I have any problems with my Toshiba tv.

When getting a new TV definitely get their geek squad protection. They come to you if there’s any problems.
