Love his TV works great and great price and service plan

Did not have the Geek squad hang my TV. Did it myself.

They did a great job mounting our tv , straight and level

 This TV came right on time. My old one went out on me. My warranty was up so I had to get a new one. I seen this one the price was right, so I got it brilliant picture look like I chose the right one. 

Excellent service even when facing complicated account issues (I have two accounts and the protection and television ended up on different places.) My original television couldn't be fixed so they issued me store credit to put towards a new one. Definitely worth the money.

Have used it in the past and very happy with the service.

I got this protection plan just in case anything happens to my $1000+ tv. Best Buy has it all.

Great piece of mind warranty. Parents used before on failed TV no issues what so ever.

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

Purchased this for 65" LCD TV. While I normally don't purchase extended warranties, the peace of mind this provides knowing that I will have an operating TV guaranteed for 5 years is worth the small cost. I have had several large screens fail, so knowing my cost of ownership over the next five years, as compared to possibly having to purchase a new one after the one or two year warranty passes is a plus.

This is exactly what's needed to have peace of mind for all of your purchases.

Always get the geek squad with my electronics. Its paid for itself time and time again

I always purchased Best Buy's GSP when I purchase large ticket items (e.g. TV, Computer, etc.) and they usually don't disappoint. Just make sure when you're purchasing a GSP that it doesn't run the same length of time as the manufacturer's warranty because it's pointless at that point. Other than that, replacing a defective unit is fairly easy.

I’m really not looking forward to bringing my LG OLED tv to geek squad. Because if I do that means something isn’t working properly or it broke. In the past when I did bring something to them that were very friendly And took the time to listen to your problems.

Very helpful and as my tv still under 2 year warranty just got new one to replace old one well worth it

4 yrs ago I purchased a High End Sony TV, and purchased the 5-Year Protection Plan. It paid off, when that TV stopped working. Geek Squad came out, advised the TV had to be replaced. Went to Best Buy, got the Protection Plan value, and ended up getting a 75” and a 55” for the bedroom. And a gift card voucher with the remainder of the $$. Didn’t hesitate to add the Protection Plan to both TVs.

What's there to say about Geek Squad?! It's a great service for a great price. I wouldn't be without them.

Its so easy to use my whole family loves it samsung is a reliable brand.

I did have to have tv replaced due to a faulty audio port. It was a painless, quick process. the extended warranty gives me peace of mind.
