The service is good and they are very professional.

When covering electronics items that are difficult to have repaired getting the GeekSquad warranty is a must. For the cost it can save the purchase value of the item covered. It has allowed me to upgrade one of my items with a much more capable replacement.

The greets squad extended service gave me five years, a piece of mind on a major purchase. They were professional about the install, and making sure everything worked properly before they left my home.

I think that ut is great knowing that if I have a problem that I can take it to them for help.

Lots of people hate on the extended coverage programs but for an OLED TV, GeekSquad is a must. I wouldn't even consider getting an OLED if not from Best Buy, The coverage is the best in the industry, and DOES cover dead pixels, as well as burn-in. Highly recommend picking it up alongside your electronics purchases if the cost of replacing the item would be excessive or a burden.

Get the protection! You wont regret it, and it can sace you money in the long run!

If you can afford the 5 year Plan on a TV, I highly recommend it. We had purchased a high end SONY a number of years ago. The screen failed approximately 4.5 years into a 5 year contract. Since Best Buy/Geek Squad could not replace the part needed since it was no longer available, we received full reimbursement for the SONY which basically paid for a new TV.

Love this Samsung brand! The picture quality I second to none and this deal came at a perfect time. My brother and sister’s tv broke and this the perfect replacement option. You won’t be disappointed.

Definitely worth the couple bucks to ensure any electronic that you pay $60+ for is covered. Never know when you might get one with a shorter lifespan than others and this makes that a non-issue! Have used it once before and they make it trouble free

Warranties are always a plus in my eyes and overall good for business and that’s a 10 in my eyes

Owning an LG C9 oled tv and being able to have the peace of mind of not worrying about screen burn in is truly an amazing thing. I have a 1 year old daughter and not worry about her as she grows up making a mistake and something happening to the tv is awesome as well. It’s well worth the money,p. Just stop being cheap and enjoy the peace of mind a geek squad warranty comes with!

Excellent help but sometimes there is a long waiting period for service to be completed.

Fortunately I got a working TV and have not had to test the warranty yet, but this tv will get used a lot in our bedroom so I got the warranty for 30.00. If it quits the cashier said I could just replace it for a year then they will fix it or refund my money when something happens.

Had ethernet problems with a TV on the 5 year plan. Geek squad couldn't solve issue on the phone. The rep made an appointment for Geek squad to come out and fix it. In the mean time I reset the TV numerous times and it started working, so I canceled the appointment. I'm giving them 5 stars because the rep on the phone was pretty helpful and set me an appointment right away.

I always practice what I preach. That is, when buying electronics or appliances always purchase an extended warranty. It's worth the investment. Get it for the maximum time that Best Buy offers. You won't regret it. At least I haven't yet. I had a lot of items go down but with that extended warranty, I would just call and the problem would be solved quickly.

The agents came out to my home to see if there was a problem with my television. As well they came out to my home to help me find a replacement tv and delivered my new tv.
