Fast and knowledgeable Ontime Great service Professional

Due to having 2 TV's blow up within months of each other, we felt the extra warranty was warranted! We have surge protectors on our whole house and also extra ones for each TV. The blow ups were just the way both older TV's decided to die. We believed the extra warranty would be helpful because of the lightness of the TV and it's fragile position.

I found out after first purchase to add Geek. Works wonderful from home did not have to go into store for one of my devices. But did on computer problem and they solved the problem very quickly.

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

as you know technology has the 50/50 chance of going bad. i've never had an issue of my stuff going bad as of yet (knock on wood) but I like the ease of mind knowing my product is secured for years to come. price is always a great deal with bestbuy, mid as well purchase it if you want to avoid the hassle of when unfortunately it does happen and you feel your money is now going down the drain.

Absolutely excellent decision as my TV needed a repair within 12months and completely replaced within 24months. WARRANTY was well worth it as the service was great and the replacement went so smoothly that we had new TV on the wall within 3days.

I always get the warranty when I buy TVs or high price electronics.

Professional Service explaining how to properly setup tv

I gave a 3 because the genetleman that I talked to was cordial. I decided to call due to a defect on the ethernet port on my 35" TV. This service is not convenient if you are not close to the store. To use their services, you have to take the merchandise to the store. For customers that are more than an hour away, not convenient. Will not purchase the geek squad plan again.

I bought my nephew a new TV for his birthday end it was a little larger and I recall the troubles they had putting that one up so I decided to add the geek squad with TV set up and delivery it was well worth It for my nephew as with his schedule it was nice to come home to a new TV hanging on the wall above the fireplace and the TV is protected for five years

Love the comfort of my subscription. I did not need support to mount or get the new Samsung 32 inch TV up and running. I may have to call them as the HDMI cable and this cable to the DVD player is an accessible so I’m going to have to put a new end on it.
