I f I ever need t use the protection plan it’s nice to know it’s there and well worth the money. I’ve checked out what other plans offer and this goes beyond all of them and it’s nice to know they stand behind their products like they do.

Love purchasing this plans. You never know what can go qrong with an electronic devide. All thw representatives were kind a d help me through out my plan with Gsquad

With the purchase of a large appliance, a 50" TV set fits right in there, I think it is prudent to acquire additional protection past what is the usual warranty on the item. Considering the sale price of this Samsung 50" TV set and the reasonable cost of an additional 5-years Geek Squad Protection Plan, it proved cost effective to include such protection in the purchase. Gives one more peace of mind in the years ahead.

Peace of mind, hopefully won't be needed but will have it just in case

This helps to be be at peace as modern day televisions have softwares which generally gets messed up after a year. Also, generally usage of TV is very high and hence I would recommend 2 year top up to all especially my previous TV with other company not Samsung got messed up exactly after a year and I was out of warranty.

Best Buy has the best in damage protection. If I've ever had an issue they either fix, replace or refund. THAT'S why i always buy the piercing plans from them on my expensive items.

I mounted the TV Myself but the people were very helpful with all the advice they gave me, I appreciate all the recommendations and good energy I was given

I had a problem with my tv they sent someone out right away. The person cane with mask for his and my protection. He was very professional and very nice. He took care of the problem and left. I am glad I purchased the insurance because everything was covered.

Feel comfortable knowing we have tech support and repair capabilities. Good value

Geek Squad protection plans are very good. The main reason that I go to Best Buy and purchase products is that they have one of the best protections plans. we even purchase our cell phones at best buy, because their protection plans are better than our cell phone provider offers. another huge plus, is that you can reach and actually talk to a Customer Service Rep. who are very pleasant and professional.

This is definitely worth the price seeing how TVs these days are made with lights that can burn out quickly. So I have a peace of mind knowing that in the next five years I can get it fixed and not have to worry about it. Would definitely recommend getting this if you're going to buy any electronic especially TVs.

I bought this specifically to protect against burn-in on my new LG OLED TV. Love the fact that this Geek Squad warranty covers burn-in since the factory warranty from LG does not. This way I don't have to worry if I end up with burn-in, which can happen with OLED TV's. I don't usually buy extended warranties but in this case it was an easy decision. It was absolutely worth the peace of mind.

Great TV and picture! Makes watching sports and movies a different experience.

I purchased this for my new Hisense TV. The TV died in 6 weeks and when I called the Geek Squad I was told I had to deal with the manufacturer for the first year of the warrenty. This is understandable. The Geek Squard member was very nice. My issue was when I tried to cancel it my refund was prorated.

I never buy anything with out the warranty it always pays for itself later on.

They are awesome ! Took my iPhone in there and they fixed it. I was having trouble with reception in my house. !! They put it on wifi calling.

My experience with the home theater personnel was absolutely excellent.

So happy with the Geek Squad! I have had them come to my house a few different times in the past years. Very helpful and courteous!! Highly recommend!!
