Got coverage for just in case. haven't had to use it yet

Let me tell you it is really great having the Geek Squad Protection for what ever you purchase because you never know what is going to happen to your purchase's. I have learned that before so from then on I have been getting it on what ever I get that says that I can get it just to have it.

We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

I have this service (hopefully, I'll never need to use it) just in case I need their help with my product after the initial manufacturer's warranty is expired. In the event that may happen, I was told by Best Buy employees that the Geek Squad assistance will be straightforward and easy to use.

One of the HDMI ports on our TV broke because we had the protection plan we were able to upgrade our tv minus what we paid for the original TV. BRILLIANT!

Haven’t had to use this yet and the tv is holding up just fine. But it’s in a young child’s room so the cost for peace of mind that whatever is broken can be fixed makes the value worth it.

Coverage for your TV is worth it. TVs don't last as long as they used to. Had a few TVs that quit working after a year. One year goes by fast and Geek Squad Protection replaced the TVs every time instead of having to spend hundreds on a new TV. Had some issues collecting on one TV but they eventually honored it.

We picked up our tv. We always buy service. On our tv. The men always come out and work on our tv when we call. If it can't be. Fix they replace it. They are very professional when they come out. I would tell everyone to buy service on there products. I buy it on all my large merchandise.service

I was helped with all needed, they were very knowledgable and helpful in my situation, they also went way beyond the call of duty

Hopefully I will never need this 5-year protection plan for my new insignia 58 inchTV, but if I do, the price of 59.99 seems like a really great investment for additional protection.

Hopefully it pays off. Sometimes it's a gamble and your stuff actually lasts as long as appliances and TV's use to last.

1 year old product running android version 4 years old (Android 10) and never having received a major update. furthermore, Sony added ps5 remote play support to Android 12+ TVs when their most "affordable" (but expensive!) ps5 friendly TV model which launched years AFTER ps5 is well behind that update version. Additionally... major holes in USB support, you cannot use ANY app other the built in media player for media on USB (it'll ask you to approve permission on next screen then error when trying to go to next screen).... streaming apps perform horribly with long buffer times and never load thumbnails, and available storage capacity is also horrible only allowing you to install at most about 15 apps

geek squad protection is great to have espcially for a quality product. 5 year will comfort me in knowing that im covered. its great to have. hopefully wont need it but you never know.

Best buy has one of the best policy! Helped me with an older TV when the screen started getting lines

So i brought this television because my other one broke and i always been a fan of Samsung. The quality of this tv is A1 just so clear and well worth the money. I highly recommend it.
