We bought the extended warranty when we purchased a TV at Best Buy for our son's room. Any time we purchase electronics for our kids, we generally get the protection plan because we know our kids aren't always gentle on electronics. I hope we never have to use the warranty, but it's nice to know we have it in case we need it.

Who better to call when you need help? The Geek Squad thats right! These guys and gals are my superheroes, they came to my rescue without delay and made sure I was taken care of with the upmost of care and they'll do the same for you

Peace of mind. Hope I never have to use it. Shouldn't really have to purchase it, but to many things seem to be made to break down in this throw away society we live in. Really hard to rate until it is needed which of course I hope never happens.

I grabbed this two-year protection plan to add to the base coverage on the Insignia TV at the time of purchase. Having the additional "Geek Squad" protection gives me additional peace of mind (especially considering this unit was purchased for my son's usage. Bear in mind this coverage is only on the parts & labor - it does not provide accidental damage protection. Still, for my purposes, it was money well spent.

TV is great, quality of images, feels like a more expensive tv

Ive never had to utilize any protection but it never hurts to have the piece of mind. The one time, I didn’t purchase, my TV Literaaly stopped working in less than 3 months of purchase. Do think about it, just do it. It’s inexpensive piece of mind.

I had this on an lg tv geek squad guy came to the house said my tv need a new panel or it would be replaced. Im getting a new tv from them this weekend.

The geek squad warranty is is great. But I am ok with never using it.

The 5year Geek Squad protection plan is so worth the money. My 60” TV just gave out 4 years into the protection plan, had someone out here almost immediately to try and repair it to no avail. He made a call and we had a new one on the way to us 4 days later. They installed, set up and carted away the old one.

Worth every penny. My prior Samsung tv covered by Best Buy warranty. 2 months before end of warranty, tv screen leds went bad. I got a brand new tv at no cost. Will buy appliances from Best Buy AND have Best Buy extended warranty.

When making a major purchase I thought it was a good idea to have the geek squad warranty as well since the geek squad service has been so reliable I think I was a good idea to have the warranty also I'm very happy with Best buy and The geek squad team

Glad I purchased the 5 year protection plan because I don’t think it’s that good of a tv.

It is a great price for two years of service to protect my TV. My only complaint would be that if you have an issue with a TV the wait time can be up to 4 weeks. For me living in a small place and having only one TV this is an issue.

I purchased this to make sure if I had any issues that it would be repaired quickly. Never had to use it except on the occasional xBox Controller. This was purchased for a TV which is always good to have.

A must have, especially if you're purchasing a new TV. Its saved me on multiple occasions when my tv has started having issues after 2-3 years

I always get this on products over a three-digit amount. It has been a true lifesaver for me. Can't live without it.

When I called Geek Squad because I had trouble with the TV I purchased last year, they were able to assist me promptly with the warranty. They scheduled for a service visit and when they came and found that the TV was not going to be fixed, they had a new TV delivered
