    I highly recommend getting a Geek Squad Protection plan when you purchase a TV. I chose the 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan. Now, I do not have to worry if there are any issues with by purchase. Get a Geek Squad Protection plan and enjoy your TV without any worries.

    This protection is always there for me and has never let me down even though I've only needed once I buy it with everything I buy over $100.00. Im nervous and want the protection. They always give replacement if something fails. Thank you so much, Erin.

    I've been a loyal Samsung TV person for years. Any time I'm looking for a TV, I'll always get a Samsung. I purchased a TV from Best Buy in 2012 and it finally started to go out. I replaced it with the same size to fit inside my TV stand and this one has a great picture and more features. For under $200, you really can't beat that. Great quality at a great price.

    I have friends who have used this warranty in the past and every story I’ve heard has been excellent. While I hope I don’t have to use it, I’m glad I added it incase I ever need to. Peace of mind is an absolute fantastic feeling when making a purchase on something, this is nothing short of that.

    I am so impressed with Best Buy. You can actually see the product. I have used the Geek Squad before and was pleasantly surprised with the quick, efficient service I received.     Gives me the confidence to keep purchase of open box tv that has 6400 hours on the panel. I wouldn't have, but it's a Sony. They should alert you to display items prior to purchase. Haven't used warranty yet. Hope it comes through if I need it.

    Geek squad did not install my TV but I will say that I've used them for years for other purposes and they are always polite and attentive to your needs. I would always suggest adding Geek Squad protection on anything you buy from Beat Buy. It's worth the purchase.

    I haven't had to use it yet for isssues or repair. But just knowing we have the Geek Squad to help us if needed is a relief. It was the reason we used Best Buy to make our purchase. When they installed our tv it was fast and they were very friendly they answered our questions and were very helpful at time of delivery.

    I always buy these warranties. When I need them (which is usually always because things are built to only last so long these days) the Geek Squad is always there to help. I've always had nothing but good experiences with the Geek Squad.

    The color mixing function on my 4 year old Samsung 50" 4K set suddenly went haywire one day when I turned it on. (Way too much red.) I noticed I only had a few weeks left on my 4 year protection plan, and they don't renew them beyond that time. The Geek Squad agent over the phone ordered parts including 2 different circuit boards to have on hand for the service techs on the assigned repair date. They came out & replaced a panel and tested the set, but that panel (or the main screen) failed after a few weeks. I again phoned in, and the telephone representative, after some helpful discussion, referred me to a very friendly, helpful replacement representative, who promptly offered to order me (at NO COST) a closest equivalent 55" model, since the older set was not worth more repair and didn't have a good direct replacement. She gave me a current dollar value, and said I could also choose any set I wished, just paying for any difference in price for any upgrade I chose. When I studied the spec sheets online, I noticed the old one had 4 HDMI inputs (I had 3 connected items) and the new suggested model only had 2 HDMI inputs. I noticed online the same model they suggested was available in a 58" screen size for $80 more, with 3 HDMI inputs. When I called them back and explained my dilemma, the rep checked out the specs, and immediately agreed, again at NO COST (that was a surprise), to upgrade me to the 58" size, and deliver it free, and pick up the old one. I also wished to purchase the maximum 5 year Geek Squad Protection on the new set, for only $89, which the agent agreed on. They handled everything on the phone quickly and even advised me that I had a $10 Rewards credit, and applied it to this purchase. Two days later, the delivery team delivered the new set and took the old one. I could not have asked for better, more friendly and helpful service from all involved. Well done, Best Buy and Geek Squad!
