When you dont have it, you will wish you did. My TV at just a little over 3 yrs went out. They tried to fix and couldn't, so i got a new TV. So glad i had it.

I highly recommend Geek Squad protection. We purchase it on all of our high priced electronics. It gives you peace of mind and you know that your items are protected. Nothing like getting an item replaced and not having to purchase a new one.

Gotta have protection when buying these to be around childrens of the corns (multiple kids at home) reasonably priced I guess haven’t had the chance to use it yet and I hope I don’t use it but it does give peace of mind.

Always buy the longest protection plan they have. If your TV gives you any problem they will replace harass free if they can't fix it.

Always get this with any expensive items. They are knowledgeable and try and fix the issue. Have had extended service plans with other companies and it’s like pulling teeth to get anything done. It is worth the extra money for peace of mind.

I got the 2 year geek squad protection on my samsung tv. I really didn't want to but coincidently I had problems with my TV several months after purchasing it and the protection came in handy. If you spent over a 1000 bucks I recommend paying the extra for this service.

When it comes to extended warranties, I appreciate that Best Buy gives you 2 options to choose from. They always back up their warranties too!! Never had an issue returning any items that became problematic... Dave R.

A must have protection plan especially for after the manufacturer warrànty ends. If they cant fix it they replace it.

I am so happy that I purchased this 5 year plan. My last television had the screen go out after only having it a little under 4 years. I did not have a protection plan so therefore I had to go and get another television. Now with this plan I feel secure on my purchase.

They won’t replace your tv for accidental damage even though it says it covers accidental damage while moving it. Hit the screen on a banister going up the steps and they told me they wont replace it.

My television came out of control and they resolved it quickly

I always buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan for my more expensive electronics. The two times I've actually needed to use my protection plans, I was taken care of by the Geek Squad employees with no fuss or bother and was completely satisfied. Their service was above and beyond what I expected.

I always get the Geek squad to protect all my TVs I purchase at best buy and will continue to get the TV I purchase throughout my life. Geek squad is a great service and always so helpful. Always a recommendation when I'm asked

A must get when you buy a large TV 75 if it goes south then your covered

The Geek Squad service team arrived on time, were extremely courteous, used masks and shoe liners and did a great job explaining the whole install and how to use my new tv. Tv, tuner and speakers were installed and work great!
