We have never had an issue when we used Geek Squad. They are always receptive and able to help.

I always purchase the extended warranty on my technology purchases. We have six tvs we have purchased for our church. All of them have the bestbuy extended geek squad protection. I like the security that they covered if anything goes wrong.

The Geek Squad has been there for every and any problem I have had with any purchase from Best Buy. It is easy to make an appointment with them and they always meet the scheduled time.

I would highly reccomend purchasing the warranty to protect my 85 yr old mom. I was told if it breaks or something goes wrong to just bring it in and we get a new one no questions asked! At her age who needs the problems..... for three years we are protected for 20$ simple as that!!!

Excellent picture. Sound not that good. Documentation consists of too many pieces. Why not combine all into one booklet? Mounting feet seem too flimsy. Tipping danger. Feet should be beefed up. Be careful to note overall footprint width. It probably will not fit on your existing stand. I had to purchase a new piece of glass to accommodate extra width. Did not notice this because unit was wall mounted in store. My bad.

Very nice TV for my family. Really serves the purposes we need it for.

It seems unnecessary at the time, but it's better to have when you need it than be stuck with a 700$ tv that breaks down! We hesitated over purchasing this, but in the end we have peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to our tv over the next five years, the geek squad can help repair it!

Best products to have in case of any damage to your TV

I've had the Geek Squad protection ever since I bought my last PC and keep renewing it when due. I don't use it very often but it has really paid off to have it when I did need it. They always have the answer!

This is another big advantage to have if anything happens to your product you can take it back,have it looked at with no problems. I enjoy using this it's extremely helpful but also protects the items you purchase.

I would recommend getting the geek squad warranty if you’re purchasing a computer for your son or daughter basically covers a new one if something happens to it if anything is spelled on it . it’s dropped or ran over by the car Lol

This tv has gone through so much with me, very affordable and good quality t.v. It’s a very clear and audio friendly.

Originally bought the 2-year for my LG CX OLED, but came to the conclusion that the 5-year is a waaaay better deal and value! Especially if you buy an OLED, you’ll have some peace of mind if it ever gets burn-in.

It is worth just having a peace of mind that any issues will be taken care of with their expertise.
