this first time they took care of me no issues but the secomd time geek squad lied so I will no longer be giving them or best buy my money ever again

It is great that such a long warranty is offered. I have been using geek squad protection for several years on products, and when there is an issue with a product, it is usually replaced in store on the spot hassle free.

If it is broken then they can do their best to fix it. They are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to and easy to understand.

A must to have a good warranty/service program on your electronics. I highly recommend any of them.

The Geek Squad service agreements are the best. If they can't fix it, you can credit to buy something else. They have always been very professional, helpful and understanding when I needed help.

I bought it for my tv, but when I had problem with my tv display they refused to fix it saying that there’s a physical damage; however there were absolutely no physical damage at all and it was like new. They told me even though there’s no visible damage but it is considered physical damage. I just wasted my money buying geek squad protection

Great graphics for The price. Its also nice how they have the quick pick options for a few apps on the remote
