Considering our last LG color panel broke right after the 1 year warranty, we wished we had gotten geek squad like we just did for our new TV. It's nice to know we don't have to bang the back of the TV if something goes wrong.

I absolutely support Greek Squad. Saved me money on alot of my investments. Had numerous product failed on me and Greek Squad help exchanged or fixed the product same day.

FINE I WISH YOU COULD GIVE ME LEASONS ON HOW TO DO IT THE CORREC WAY INSTEAD OF ME BEING LIKE A FIRST GRADER

The 1st agent installed and setup tv and did a thorough job of explaining to me how things work. 2d set of agents mounted tv and installed soundbar. Wish they would have left the manual on how to operate it.

The support team is so quick and caring and follow up to make sure everything is good and the problems resolved.

I have not used the extended warranty but did plenty of research and wether should buy or not and I pulled the trigger. Everything I’ve read says Best Buy has the best warranty you can buy.

The Geek Squad provides services in-store, on-site, and over the Internet via remote access, and also provides 24-hour telephone and emergency on-site support. Geek Squad no longer works solely on computer-related devices. It now diagnoses issues in and repairs all consumer electronics, as well as appliances.

the Geek Squad are always very knowledgeable and helpful with any issue I have ever had. I have always purchased this with any TV I have ever bought from them.

I usually don't purchase a protection plan. I was surred that they would come to my house if there was a problem so it was worth. I haven't used it and hope I won't have to but it gives peace of mind.

They are quick to come out for a service call. Keep you updated when they will arrive. Guys are friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent "Peace-of-Mind" protection in case my TV fails in the future. I have used the protection plan many times in the past on other purchases and have not had any problems with Best Buy honoring the plan.

This tv works great and has a clear picture, I bought it for my brother and he is very happy with it.

Unless you dont invest in added protection on your purchases

Do yourself a favor and get a service plan! It covers the tv for almost anything that happens to it. Not dropping it, but most regular things that can happen are included in the warranty. I have always had the extended warranty from Best Buy and I will continue to do the same.

I haven't had to use it at all, but it's nice to know it's there in case something terrible has it.

Any time you buy an electronic device, it’s better to get an extended warranty. No worries on extra costs for repairs.

It’s been ok. They deff are helpful. I had a replacement remote ordered but it was the wrong remote. Hopefully they will fix this soon

When purchasing an expensive item from Best Buy, I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan. I've had several items under the Geek Squad plan replaced with no worries.
