I purchased the protection for my TV and I am glad I did, Geek has a great reputation and I know my product will be protected if needed. I have purchased a Geek refurbished product and it worked great.

I have signed up for the Geek Squad protection service since my first purchase at Best Buy. It has given me peace of mind with all my electronics, with fast and attentive service. I recommend it!

I'm thankful that I don't have to worry for several years that my TV is gonna break down. My previous TV died just a little over a year, and of course I didn't get the warranty that time! Learned my lesson.

Price was a little steep given it doesn’t seem to cover even just 1 instance of incidental damage. Otherwise though, I bit the bullet as it was a significant purchase and I’d like to have even limited protection for it.

Finally peace of mind warranty. 5 year warranty ..nice.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

we havent had to use this yet but i feel it is a good buy for the purchase, Hope fully we wont ever use it but still feel good about it.

I bought the protection plan for my tv had a issue geek squad took care of it but took almost a month i still recomend getting the protection plan for any new tv if your tv has any defects they fix it even if takes awhile they take care of it

Haven't had to use this service yet because my sony tv boke within the first year.

Have not had to use this yet and hoping that we don't. Still nice to know that if we do need it that it is there. Some of the other things we bought in the past, we also added this protection.

I enjoy utilizing the Geek Squad. They've kept my lap tops and tablets running in top condition and have always aided me in anything I didn't understand.

Haven't had to use this yet since the tv I just bought is working fine, but I've always had good experiences with Best Buy and no hassle warranties.

I purchased a TCL 55" HDTV and was a little worried about its ability to last for the long-term based on limited reviews more than 1-year-old. I purchased the Geek Squad protection to give me some peace of mind in case something happened in the next 5 years. I hope to never need it, but the cost was certainly worth it if the HDTV does have an issue later.

Seamless replacement. I had a warrantee issue. They suggested an alternate brand.

Geek Squad initial service call was set up for us while we were in the store - two techs came out - I had already set up and configured the video and audio on my TV and soundbar, so they did not have much to do, other than check over all the settings - so far, service has been good

The geek squad is always so helpful and knowledgeable. They are also very friendly.

Geek Squad Protection worked out for me in the past. This is why I bought it again.
