The Protection Plan was explained to me by Best Buy Floor Technician. I find the plan to be most valuable for the price. Better Safe than Sorry! The Protection for valued purchase.

we purchase this protection to go along with our new TV. I hope we don't have to use it but I have purchased this before and did not regret the purchase. Geek Squad is so easy to work with.

Everything was great. I have had my Washer and Dryer for over a year now and I Love it no issues at all. Note I did wait a year to review this.

Purchased the extended warranty for LG 42" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. Haven't had to use yet but have had Geek Squad Protection on other Best But items and have always fixed any problem I have ever had.

The techs who mounted the equipment very efficiently and knowledgeable. Called the night before to confirm appointment and were very timely. Observed Covid-19 protocols.

Always good having the reassurance of the Geek Squad protection plan. Never know what could happen in 2 years. It's nice knowing I have them if problems occur.

Always good to have a professional place to turn when help is needed. Have not had an occasion to use it yet but the confidence of knowing they are there is comforting.

No need for any service yet, but the price makes a 5-year warranty worth it.

This is GREAT if I have to use it, BUT I am hoping to never have to use it!
