I keep getting emails from different Geek Squad people telling me that I will be billed $399 to my credit card. So far I haven't seen any charges and hope to not get any additional charges from what I paid when I purchased the TV.

Luckily we haven't had to call them for help. We got the greatest insurance for extra protection

It is worth it, the peace of mint that your item has a warranty that is reliable is great

So far so good on this TV but it has come in handy in the past. Had parts replaced for another TV and a HiSense TV replaced with a similar Samsung model because Hisense parts discontinued

Overall they can help with minor or not complex things but aren’t too good at complicated things. They are good to help walk you thru the things they do know.

What can I say? Always purchase a Protection Plan when spending money on electronics that costs hundreds or thousands of dollars. You'll never know when a defect may unexpectedly happen.

I have used Geek Squad protections plans for as long as I can remember. For anything of high dollar value it is imperative to get the protection plan. I have had to use it a few times in the past and they went above and beyond for the service I needed.

I find geek squad to be a must for me. A must especially if you have kids.

Can't go wrong with a protection plan. Worth every penny.

Purchased the 5 year warranty with a tv that was given to my mother in law. Just another gift to let her know that in case anything happens that the tv will be taken care of. Have not used it hopefully we won't have to use it.

First of all you can’t beat the price and you get the 5 year warranty. Colors are amazing and works well with any new apps and Alexa. Amazing tv for the price.

I would always recommend purchasing a warranty when buying anything that is electronic such as a television, surround sound system. This warranty is the protection when you Ned it.

I purchased the protection plan for my new TV. I used the old protection plan for the old TV. Best Buy gave me credit for the broken TV and I was able to purchased a new one.
