    Have to give local Geek Squad 5 Stars. If you get transferred to call center hang up and give Glendora Geek Squad the call. They know customer service.

    Didn't do the warranty on a TV I got about 6 years ago. But this time I did so if anything goes wrong I'll have them fix it. Best thing I did.

    I haven't had to use my protection plan but I hope I never have to either. I would recommend the plan just in case you have something unintended happen to your product.

    Purchased the extra protection for the new TV we purchased as it was inexpensive, that being said it was a "just in case" purchase and hopefully we won't need to put it to the test.
