I have never had a problem with the Best Buy team in fact that is why I always buy my TVs from them

Hopefully i dont have to use it because something broke.

Always need some back up, I think the value isn’t always there for the amount of time your covered but better than no coverage.

With all my electronics I buy protection in case something happen the can be replace for free I never used it’s better for your pocket saving money if something happen

If you don’t spend a few bucks for the warranty with geek squad you are missing out. This service blows away manufacturers warranty

We have not needed their services, but if you’re going to purchase a high quality television, add on the protect plan. DON’T BE STUPID!

This is great to have. I have used this Geek Squad Protection plan twice now. It fixed a TV once then replaced it with a new one.

On everything I purchased from bestbuy I buy the protection plan it has come handy when having issues with tv, dishwasher etc

I needed this service for one of our flat screen tv's and it was perfect. I got my tv fixed and it didn't cost a thing.

I have not had to use the geek protection recently, but have in the past. After a quick check of the product that failed, I was given a credit sufficient enough to get a new model.

I am pleased with all my purchases to date and the installation. however i was Not able to complete my kitchen purchases due to out of stock item's. Those that i did purchase took 3 months. Meanwhile my Total tech time has already started. This is disappointing. Especially when one item was not even installed because if damage at the factory and no one has contacted me with an update on when they will get one to schedule install. I called Total tech with no answers. Frustrating....
