Would never purchase a television without Geek Squad coverage

Had trouble with my tv screen. They helped me out right away.

After reading lots of reviews for QLED and OLED TVs, I determined there are a few problems with these TVs so we purchased the warranty for peace of mind on a 2,700$ tv

We only purchased the extended warranty on our T.V. due to the cost to replace or repair. Thankfully we have not had to use the service, but am happy for the peace of mind.

Best Buy shipped an open box TV that was damaged as 'new'. It is not only insulting, but the gull to actually handle the product and drop it off this way knowing full well it isn't new is offensive. Delivery folks didn't even bother to take it back and passed it off as new. Now TV sales are over and I'm probably without a TV thanks to Best Buy.

There is no better coverage than geek squad. Geek squad coverage is one of the main reasons I buy from Best Buy. I’d pay more for the product just for the geek squad advantage.

I had a 5 year plan with them and with 4 months left my tv went. They came on time got the parts all in a week great work

I've not had anything go bad when buying the extra coverage. I guess that means it won't break if it's still covered!

I purchase the Geek Squad coverage with everything I purchase at Best Buy and it is amazing to have the reassurance that they will have your back if something happens to your product!
