Have not used plan yet which is a good thing but it is nice to know its there if i need it

Geek squad is good when you need it. It's nice to have as an option when you have technical issues.

Protection plan is always needed on anything that you purchased no matter where you purchase from or what it is.

I always get the added protection - particularly these days on a TV because so much of the "workings" are like a computer.

You could not go wrong with this protection plan , I have used it before and I had no problems they took care of everything!

If you dont have protection, get it if you still can! I love having ease of mind knowing GeekSquad will come to my rescue should amything occur to my tv.

BUY the protection. I have replaced 3 tv's just months before the GS warranty was to run our.

Haven't had to use it yet, but for 5years at the price point for what it covers, seemed like no brainer.

Love the geek squad protection. No issues with reporting problems and the staff is easy to deal with.

We haven’t had to use it recently, but in the past they have been great with resolving the issue with our computer.

I really hope I never have to cash in and use this as a very high-quality TV but I’m glad that I made this purchase

With the price of the tv this is a must have. To get the tv fixed would be more than the price of the service

Excellent price for the plan we purchased. Hopefully I never need to use it, but if I do at least we have it.
