I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

This purchase was a great idea when buying my laptop.

Recommend service protection. On cheaper products. Phones require a extra payment to fix product. I have $1200 phone with a cracked screen and they want $250 and phone before replacement. Leving me without phone till repair nd $13 a month charge every month. I got warranty so I wouldn't have to pay more money if it breaks. Hd screen protector put on nd qll of sudden i have cracked screen. I think he did it putting on protector. I should have watched him. Cracked in corner

I love geek service, but i dont think I needed it for my lg g3 tv. So i canceled it

The 5 year geek squad warranty is excellent. If they can’t fix the TV they will replace it. The geek squad comes to your residence they are very polite, professional and prompt with time.

Always great to have some protection and help in case anythign happens. Geek Squad are a massive help.

the geek squad was very helpful I brought in a few computers that were outdated and irreparable and they were able to retrieve my info and pictures onto a harddrive. they were friendly quick and efficient

The only reason I buy from bestbuy is because of the value of their warranty the techs are amazing when they come out and usually come out and fix items on their first try unless they have to order parts but if they can’t fix it they don’t play around they will get you into a new product to keep your life going!!!!!!

I usually never get a protection plan, but I randomly agreed to this one. Nearly two years after purchasing a TV, it broke. It took a few weeks to go through the process of replacing the TV, but that's probably more to do with current events than it is Geek Squad support's abilities. I got a full refund and used that money to upgrade the TV. I'm fully satisfied.

Perhaps the only real reason to shop at Best Buy. This plan is absolutely amazing. With how bad quality and easy to break electronics have become, I would NEVER buy an electronic without this amazing plan. It covers common manufacturer faults and accidents, what else could you wish for? Don't buy anything without this plan when shopping at Best Buy.

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!
