You can never go wrong getting the warranty! Definitely worth it!

Its always a pain to return a tv through geek squad. From the initial call which you almost always have to wait 20 minutes . They always seem to have a real problem finding my service plan. I have multiple accounts and have bought many many tvs from them but they should be able to figure it out. I own sportsbars in FL and I only buy from Best Buy but they really needto figure this out because when i have a tv go down i want it back up and running as quick as possible but its always a hassle. At each of my clubs i have a back up ready to replace tvs that go down so my actual business is never really effected but we always regret having to call geek squad because we know its gonna be such a hassle and its gonna be a lot of time sitting on phone having to wait for a service guy to come out and tell us what we already know then take it to a store and replace. It would be nice if they brought a replacement tv with them when they come out. But instead u have to get a service order made then you got to call geek squad again and wait on line for 20 minutes. Then usually another 10 or 20 minutes to find the info from the multiple accounts. I have never had anyone help me combine all accounts into 1 account. It seems like that would make the most sense but instead i have to go through the same process every time. Its exausting. I love Best Buy but service plans are always a pain for me.

Our Geek Squad were professional and informative. We appreciate all their efforts to educate us on how to operate our newTV.

Love the extended warranty with Geek Squad my 4.5 year old TV just went out and they gave me credit for what I paid for the TV and I was able to purchase a better one for less

It is a wonderful product to have and I’m glad I purchased it.

No complaints and a great price. Perfect for the living room for movies or games.

This tv is one of the best TVs I have had since my Panasonic and pioneer elite plasma TVs. Picture is so clear and watching movies in 4K at night are amazing

The agents brought the TV upstairs with no complaints

I have not had to use this protection as of yet however, I am sure they will take pretty good care of my product.

I've purchased this service since buying my 1st computer 15 years ago and renewed constantly because at my age I don't understand nor do I have the knowledge to figure out my 'BooBoo's without the help from Geek Squad...Thank You Geek Squad!

I bought a Sharp 70 inches 3 years ago. The screen pixels started to go bad. I called Bestbuy and explained my observations. They sent out a tech to check it a day later. In two days they offered to give me another TV or comparable credit because my Sharp was no longer in stock. Am glad I spent the extra money for the additional 5 years warranty.

This television has been great for our families movie nights

Tv is clear, sound is good on low/or high. Graphics are awesome with PS5

I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

So glad I got the extra protection. I don’t get it for every purchase, but this is one product I couldn’t protect against surges because of space limitations behind the product. If you can spend a little extra money on the major appliances/products then the protection is worth it.

I love the geek squad. It has always been a great investment. Peace of mind knowing it’s there if your product fails. When I have had to use the protection plan it has always been a seamless process with geek squad agents. I will not make any major purchase without having geek squad protection.
