The PIR like a Plinko chip. Had many, cannot recall an electronic s use but they did fix a Samsung Fridge......weird door hinge stuff..BB geeks did fix it in a few stops finally.

Agents came to pickup tv and installed replacement in no time.

The geek squad protection is definitely a very good investment if ur spending over $500 to get on product. They are friendly and easy to understand when you call on them for help on product.

As long as when my tv breaks they repair or replace it this service is worth it with 3 small kids, i already lost 2 tvs to these gremlins.

I normally don't have any problems with the products that I buy at BestBuy(not an employee) Lol, but it's nice to know that I'm covered just in case that something does goes wrong. The warranty prices are descent and thank God I still haven't used one yet.

it's a peace of mine that you know if anything go wrong with the product it will cover you up to 5 yrs

This tv is a great addition to the living room. Pair this bad boy with a soundbar and youve got yourself an at home theater!

This Warranty is useful for high usage and certain areas that the product will be used in, like high traffic areas and areas that are subject to electrical outages.

I've had terrible luck with past purchases. This time around, it's good to know that if something were to happen to my TV, I would be fully backed by the Geek Squad. Highly recommended investment.

Bought my parents a tv and having a 5 year protection plan makes a great bundle. I don't have to worry about anything going wrong because best buy ill fix any issue for five years.

With these high tech TVs it's possible this type of coverage will come in handy, it sure did for a previous 70inch Sharp Aquos TV that I had to return. I now have this coverage for 2 recent large screen purchases. I would not risk a purchase now without it

Can’t pass it up for the price. Now if anything happens to it. It can get fixed or replaced by Best Buy. Pluse they come to me with it being a 50 inch tv

The only good thing about it is knowing you'll have a replacement for 5 years if something goes bad. After dealing with the geek squad customer service multiple time on multiple products it leaves a lot to be desired. Plus I had to pay another $150 for new protection plan on my tv I traded in for, simply because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my tv. I don't think it's fair that I paid $150 initially for the protection and guarantee they will fix what's wrong and because they can't figure it out have to pay another $150 because they were stumped and tired of trying. 5-6 attempts and still couldn't get it.

If you're looking to get a protection plan make sure you start off with 1 or 2 year if you get a long-term warranty even if your product goes out after 6 months you have to purchase a new warranty for whatever product they replace your bad one with
