When you dont have it, you will wish you did. My TV at just a little over 3 yrs went out. They tried to fix and couldn't, so i got a new TV. So glad i had it.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

Why would you buy a $1200 TV and not put a coverage on it is the real question. I’ve been purchasing Best Buy service plans for years I’ve exercised some others I never had to redeem, they are well worth it.

I was very satisfied with the additional coverage offered at a reasonable price to me in store when I purchased my vizio television. I highly recommend the additional coverage to ensure your tv is protected against product defect or failure.

Best warranty for TV's (covers burn-in). Only downside is that the price of the warranty is based on the TV's purchase price. I was unable to get a price adjustment on the warranty, even after getting a price adjustment on the TV (TV went on sale during my return/exchange period)

This was my most valuable purchase yet at Best Buy. I couldn’t have gotten a better deal elsewhere. I got the 5yr plan on top of it!
