    Definitely worth the extra cost for peace of mind. Our other TV died a month after the warranty expired and we didn't get an extended warranty on it, so we learned our lesson.

    Best Buy customer service is always good, I had broken my tv and went to get one and they had an open box and the girl who helped and got me the warranty was so kind!

    Worth the piece of mind in case you have a problem

    I know people don't like having to pay extra for warrenties, but I have used them and Best Buy stands behind them if anything goes wrong. Worth the piece of mind. They vary based on the purchase price of the item.

    Always buy the protection. It’s worth it. I’ve used it a few times, a back light problem on lg tv. Tv hit by surge etc.

    I recommend Geek Squad protection to protect the product. The only negative is that I wish that Best Buy would lower the price on the plan, back to where it used to be. I almost didn't buy the plan due to the high cost.

    I’ve used this twice on a TV I purchased from Best Buy 11- 2018 and had to call the geek squad 1-2019 was a little disappointed that my TV went out so quick.......issue was resolved with my protection plan glad I brought it

    I had to purchase the geek squad TV protection for my LG C1 TV. It is an extra layer of protection and provides me with peace of mind in case there is an accident. If you can afford it go for it.

    Still haven’t took a chance to experiment how geek squad work, but since I order a big 70in screen smart Samsung tv I realize that I do needed to get insurance on it in case it breaks or it gets damage accidentally.

    My first and only encounter with the Geek Squad was only to ask a few questions. The tech who came to chat, Butch, was very willing and able to answer all my questions with very knowledgeable answers. I would not hesitate to chat with the squad again. Thanks for the service.

    I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad protection just in case something goes wrong. The last Sony TV I purchased, 10 years ago is still working and I purchased extended warranty for it, but never had to use it.. I hope this one will work and last as long or longer.

    Haven't needed to use my warranty yet and I hope I never will but I have used a best buy/geek squad warranty in the past and they always hold up their end of the deal.
