Burn in protection

Without the extra support returns/exchanges only last 15-30 days so it was definitely worth the extra money.

You never know what can go wrong these days with new technology, so just in case to be safe i got the five year protection plan. The price depends on the model of of tv. Mine was kind of expensive.

Best Buy's Geek Squad has always come through for us, in person and on the phone.
