I highly recommend using the Geek Squad. I have had to use them a couple of times, but they were always helpful ad able to either fix the problem or replace the product. Well worth the money.

I purchased the 2 year Geek squad protection plan, for the tv therefore if there are any issues they will come out and address and fix them.

I haven't had to use the Geek Squad yet for my tv but I did for my laptop. They were very informative and helpful. Will use them again.

Fortunately, I have not used the five year geed squad protection plan. Hopefully, I will not need to use this. Just purchased it as an insurance policy.
