Although I haven't used this service but really glad I purchased it. Reading over the Geek Protection I made the right decision to purchase it.

With the five year warranty, you have peace of mind. Subtracted one star from the overall rating because of the price.

This is a great value better than you find at most stores Best Buy stands behind the protection plan and it's not a game and it actually helps you very very well when you have an issue with ever.

They will be the best service I have to come out and fix or replace any issues I have with this tv all the way to the life expectancy of this tv.

First time buying a Oled tv so I could not take a chance with Burn-in it was painful but worth it because these tv’s are expensive

I always purchase Geek Squad protection plan. It has saved me countless times. I would never consider a tech purchase without their protection plan.

Good to have insurance, but most of my earlier products got issues after the warranty ends as if it is timed by Best Buy . Not even once I used the protection, but nice to have it

Bought this for my Samsung TV. It was having issues with the display and BB got it all fixed. This service definitely gives me peace of mind.

Best tv ever I can speak & change items, record show. Beautiful picture & sound quality. Pairs well
