I love the geek squad. It has always been a great investment. Peace of mind knowing it’s there if your product fails. When I have had to use the protection plan it has always been a seamless process with geek squad agents. I will not make any major purchase without having geek squad protection.

I've been running the LG - 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV for about a year and a half now and I'm still impressed. It just looks amazing. Not since I bought a plasma TV have I been this impressed.

Great to have in case of any incident or emergency that occurs

Geek Squad is great, making an appt is not easy and it was canceled twice, there is no way to just get a new appt time, also language barrier is a problem. But actual techs were prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, thanks to Paul and company!

$25 for a 5 year warranty on a tv on sale for $150. I hope I won't need them but couldn't pass it up.

I had a previous 5 year warranty on my old TV. The picture went bad 1 month before the warranty expired. I was handled professionally all the way. New TV, installation and programming of my universal remote, everything for free. Great warranty.

I've used the Geek Squad previously to mount my 65' inch TV and they did an excellent job. This is the first time that I've purchased an extended warranty for my TV through Best Buy. I was told by a family friend the service is excellent just in case my TV begins to act up.

The Geek squad are like tech genies, very courteous, professionals and knowledgeable.

Have not taken advantage of this yet but the price was reasonable. we have electrical outages and i wanted to be protected in case there was some damage to our recently purchased television during an outage. again I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend it to any one.

I bought the 5 year protection plan and hope I never have to use it for my Sony tv but just in case the geek squad protection plan is as good as it gets from Best Buy.

I purchased this for my big screen Vizio tv. The sound would go out but picture remained. I called geek squad, whk sent out z 3rd party repair in a couple days and he replaced the bad motherboard a week later.

I've had my item for going on 8 months now I haven't had to use anything on the warranty yet but I do know that you can renew your warranty once it is up so I must say knowing that you can do that is great because takes a lot of watery off you if your device is getting old and you having problems with it I must have all your electronics a great safety net

Geek Squad and Total Tech with Best Buy are a must have. I have had Geek Squad provide the following services: desktop/laptop setup, laptap "wiping", laptop key board replacement, Virus cleanup, and troubleshooting. You should not pass on the support packages.

This is a smart purchase for the future. A previous purchased TV with the Geek Protection saved us big dollars. The TV was less than one year old and a system issue happened. The Geek Protection paid the original purchase price of the TV. YAY!

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I always but the protection plans. I have a kid that can be hard on his electronics and this covers everything.

I have the plan in case I need it, these days products last a lot longer than in the past.

I have not used the Geek Squad on this tv yet but I have on past purchases and have always been pleased. That is why I bought the service for this TV.

Have yet to use it, and I hope I don't have to! My TV arrived in great condition and I am barely home to use it, so hopefully I won't ever break it! It's there for peace of mind
