I have not had to utilize this yet (thankfully). This does provide a sense of security and hopefully will be worth the additional cost if an issue arises.

The agents were nice and courteous. They always answer my questions and have solutions to any problem I encounter with my products.

I also get the service plans because of the wear and tear on the devices. Luckily we haven’t had to use them as of yet but I’d rather be safe than sorry!

We always trust Geek squad protection for a new product. They replace it immediately if if can’t be fixed by them. The replacement is a new product.
