Had an issue with my Samsung sound bar after attempting to trouble shoot it they ended up just giving me store credit and letting me upgrade to a newer version without any issues

have to wait and see what happens. My hope is that I do not need this service

We always purchase a protection plan for high ticket items and this was one of our best decisions! We had purchased a Samsung - 75" Class (74.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV in 2015. This summer (2020) I noticed certain anomalies that I felt should be checked out by the Geek Squad. They came to the house in a timely manner to examine the TV and it was determined that the TV had a problem that could not be fixed due to it's age. The Protection plan generously rebated an extremely fair amount of value back to us that enabled us to upgrade to an OLED. Purchase of the plan was worth every penny we paid at the time!

Answer all concern questions I was concerned of how I was gonna get the TV up and they informed me that they do that and it didn’t cost that much. I also gave when it came and did it thanks geek squad.

Never known what can happen but with Geek Squad Service I know I'm covered.

So currently I am creating a claim my tv is broken not sure what happened to the tv I just bought a month and half ago I kept calling and I was hung up on twice also when I finally spoke to someone he told me I broke my tv and I was not covered I clearly said I’m not sure what happened I spent 1500 why would I break my tv I need someone to come see what’s wrong I asked to speak to someone’s else and he told me I couldn’t because nobody was there I really don’t know what the outcome will be but I will keep you guys posted I have the 5 year warranty that I spent over 100$ for smh like even if it’s a screen repair I don’t see an physical damage to the tv screen is not busted or anything just lines so I’m not sure smh worst experience ever and this will be the last they get me with something so worthless

Absolutely required to get the warranty. Better be safe.

Greek squad warranty is a must of you but anything of high value!! Don't save money when it comes to this extra coverage!! You'll regret it if you don't.

It’s always good to have protection, especially in any case

I was ready to order my TV online and was in my cart. I figured since I had to pick it up in the store, I may as well take a look at it first. I went to the store to see it but they did not have that tv up. Online it offered 3 years geek squad for $74.99 which I wanted but since I was there I bought it in store. Near the end of sale the guy said 3 year warranty was not available in store. He said 2 year year for $69.99 or 5 year for $124.99. For $5 extra I could have gotten an extra year. Didn’t want to tell him to void the sale in case he was making commission during these tough times. Any ch as nice I can upgrade my warranty?

Pretty good price for 5 years of protection. Cant complain

I love to always get a Protection for the years cause you never know what will happen. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

I am very satisfied with the LG TV that has good sound a fairly good picture and I’m very satisfied that everything is working out. OK that’s all I can say about it right now.

Worth it especially since appliances are but built to last anymore

The sales representatives were very helpful and the checkout time was very good and the customer services was good also.

I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.

Hope I never have to use it, but this is a great and affordable option for accident protection.
