Hated paying for insurance, but couldn't walk not having that coverage to be able to walk in and drop off at BB instead of sending to the manufacturer. Hope I never need it, but peace of mind is nice

I’ve never had to personally use geek squad but my moms tv broke in 3 years and this protection covered her tv so she didn’t have to buy a new one so soon

I have not used this protection plan, but will never purchase a major product without doing so. So far, no complaints

I will never buy a tv again without a protection plan. These tvs are too expensive to fix and not meant last. So knowing that I have five good years of protection is worth the extra money!!!

I buy this guarantee because my old Toshiba have a screen problems. The technical evaluation, results on damaged screen. I changed my TV and not problems.

Mounted on wall with plumbing and electrical inside so they located and safely mounted bracket and tv then set up and connected all divexs and bundled cables

The Geek Squad has always helped me when i have had technology issues. They replaces several boards in one of my tvs, at no extra cost to me.

No problems, everything came together perfectly, no issues connecting devices.
