I haven’t used the geek squad yet but once I have a problem with the tv they will be the first to know

I am hoping I don’t have to use the warranty. Having a minimum of 50 characters. In order to submit the survey is ridiculous. If there’s nothing wrong, I would think you wouldn’t want to have a drawn out explanation. That is annoying.

I haven’t needed to use it this product but I am confident due to past experience that if I do there will be no problem.

Seems like it was a smart move to purchase an additional warranty at a reasonable price.

Avoid the hassle and expense of buyi g a new tv. I had two tv fail after 3 years. Both were covered by the 5 year extended warranty and either fixed or replaced without any hassle. I bought a plasma tv 14 years ago and still works without issue. These LEDs are less reliable

Haven't used it on the purchase I just made, but have used them before and the service is great. Will always purchase alongside any big purchase.

They met me outside under special circumstances, I had just been released from the hospital. They loaded it into my car as well.

It's a must buy when I purchase any TV. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or any issues associated with the TV. Insurance gives me peace of mind that I am covered for any cracks, TV damage, power source damage if TV will not start, anything really.. It saves me from worrying.

Bought this tv in Dec. 2000. It was a decent tv at a great price until the screen no longer worked. Geek Squad to the rescue. My tech Josh was the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a step by step answer of how to resolve my issue. I couldn't recommend Geek Squad enough and will never go with out it again.

I normally am conflicted, should I purchase the warranty or not? Save some money? Boy was I glad to have made the purchase. The fees associated with repair/replace the item exceeded the amount for Geek Squad warranty. I highly recommend everyone consider this warranty to cover your purchases.

Tech sometimes dies quickly so it's good to have the extra assurance on board for a reasonable cost. Thank you.

Got Geek Squad for my LG Air Conditioner because the previous one on wheels broke after 2 years. Warranties like this are necessary with AC's that breakdown after a short time

The geek squad know what they are doing and getting the extra protection plan is highly recommended in my book. I was working on my laptop on day, leaned over to grab something and it dropped out of my lap. The screen cracked on it, fortunately we purchased this extra layer of protection, took the laptop to the store and they fixed it right up. Great customer service.
