Hands down, best purchase! This is our second tv in this style. We knew we wanted another bc the 1st one was so easy to function.

After moving I needed tv mounted instead of sitting on a cabinet. The service was told to me to be covered under my geek squad warranty but then a tech showed up to “repair” my tv. He then got the mounting service rescheduled a few days later. Although there was some difficulty caused by miscommunication w/Best Buy Customer Service, tv was mounted.

The tv quality itself is great. The speaker is decent but i did pair it with a bose sound bar instead. Took a star off because the remote is cheaply made and has to be paired if you change the batteries.

Awesome service by the geek squad. Great to have because you never know when you will need it.

I have used Geek Squad in the past while not actually paying for the service. They have always helped me and with today's technology, I decided I should pay for this service to have like you would with any insurance. I think if anything goes wrong with my t.v. I bought this for, it would be a necessity to have. Great customer service and well worth it.

I have purchased 3 different TVs from Best Buy each with the protection one of my TVs had an issue within the first year I called Best Buy and they sent someone out immediately the tv could not be fixed so it was replaced. Any large purchase I make through Best Buy I will always purchase the geek squad protection it is a must have

I like the tv. The only issue was the picture quality during football games. Did not realize it until football season started

Geek squad warranties always a good choice for me. I’ve purchased a warranty on almost everything electronic I buy and have only had to use it once. Excellent quality and service! Spend the extra money. It’s worth it because you never know.

The Agents are Fantastic. They go above and beyond to assist with any questions or problems. They have always solved my problems. I can not say enough about their knowledge. They never give up. They work until the problem is solved. THANK YOU TO ALL THE GEEK SQUAD AGENTS!!!!!

I think the Geek Squad protection plan is really good to have. They always resolve any and all your issues or problems you may have. They always give good quality service. Geek Squad is the best protection plan for any and all electronics in general worth paying for and having it.

Haven't really had to use yet. My tv did get delivered broken. However they did do what they could to get a new tv sent out&old one picked up with no major issues. Also suppose to compensate me for my time and wait. Will update again if i need them in the future.

Any time of purchase big ticket items , I always purchase a warranty it’s better to be safe than sorry. You just never know when the device you purchased made malfunction. Things are just not built the same way

The replacement plans with Best Buy are great. If anything happens you just bring the item back and get a gift card to repurchase or you can purchase something else.

I rated this excellent because of the peace of mind it gives. I haven't used it yet, but I know it is there if I need help with my new laptop.

Purchased a new TV. After 1 year, it had problems. Took it in to the nearest BestBuy and the had it fixed and ready for pick-up within the time they quoted on repair. Very happy with the service! They made sure everything was taken care of and the TV was working as if it were brand new.

so easy to set up that my children set up, set up the channel the way was want them.

I chose to set up the TV by myself. These guys delivered the products in good condition, did not play around, asked if we had any questions, answered a few, thanked us and left. Based on what I have seen so far, I don't have any worries about Best Buy follow-up.

Geek Squad has always come through for me in the past, it just made sense to go with the protection plan on this purchase as well!
