I could go both ways with geek squad. I have taken in laptops with starting/power issues. Because they happen to start once while the unit is there its fine. Not always. I have had a tech come to my house to repair a tv. The TV didn't work when they came, and worked when they left. But, certain features were never the same or non existant. The tech pulled my control board, looked at it and then the replacement. Apparently the numbers didn't match because he held it in position and had to check that all the connections were the same. The TV just wasn't the same afterwards. Slower, and the picture quality was not the same. I really believe that the replacement board was for a lesser model of the same TV. As far as the warranty that I always purchase on big electronics, I couldn't be happier except when sub standard parts are used. They did end up replacing that tv though. The screen finally went bad and hisense doesn't offer replacement screens. Or didnt at that time.

The Geek Squad protection is a must, especially if you buy a lot of technology like I do. It’s a small investment versus replacing a washer, large appliance or expensive item from Best Buy. The Geek Squad was super helpful when I needed someone to help me install my 65-inch TV. It’s a smart investment.

The Tv in these last couple months has been performing fantastically. The colors and images are so good I cannot recommend it enough if you are debating on it. I choose the largest size but it does come in a smaller one in case you wanted something more manageable space wise. All and all tv has been great , no issues with it, compatible with my set up and has no disappointed me yet

As a person who has had to replace newer yet broken TVs in the past, I knew I wanted to purchase the support plan this time. Though I have not needed to request service, I appreciate the peace of mind.

It is always a gamble purchasing protection plans. However, Best Buy provides the best backing of products they sell and well worth the additional minimal investment.

I purchased the five-year standard Geek Squad protection when I bought my new TV because I like the feeling that if anything goes wrong with my TV in that period of time, I'll have the sense that the Geek Squad will fix any problems they may incur during that period of time

I bought this TV to replace an older one that was on the fritz. I love how light this TV is and how it looks in my living room. The sounds is amazing and it works at my lower volumes than my old TV. I wanted a non-smart TV since I already have any Apple TV and this worked perfectly.

Well worth the money to have the ease of knowing you can get your issues resolved by a phone call or email

I wouldn't ever want to be without the Geek Squad. They make it so easy to take care of any issues. You invest a lot of money so add a little more protection on your hard earned money.

I love that u can buy expensive things and add a 2 year warranty for guaranteed protection for while! Buying new and expensive things is hard but having a warranty eases a lot of that tension

My computer was not working well and they worked on it to get it running efficiently.

Having done all of the necessary research and finally deciding on the C4, I expected to be happy with a great picture. I was not. I was astounded with the sharpest and most colorful panel I have ever seen. Seeing a demo of an OLED panel on a LED/QLED panel is worthless. It can look pretty, but you have no idea what you are missing by not seeing it on a OLED. I also use my C4 as a PC monitor for gaming. It has a fantastic refresh rate and gaming is flawless. Finally, the ATMOS speakers are perfect. The 2+2 setup delivers powerful sound that is crisp and clear. I am so happy with this purchase I cannot give the TV enough stars.

This TV replaced an old one that did not stream and since we dropped Direct TV because the price was ridiculous and we went to all streaming for 1/3 the cost we had to get a new TV. This roku TV is wonderful. Has a much better picture than the old one and a GREAT price

I really like the product, the color is fantastic and the is amazing. I only find it difficult to setup Lg account. But eventually I got it and I am still installing some apps. But I found Netflix on the remote but any time I tried to download it I don’t get it. But I like the product.
