Why by one year when you can get five year for a good price I really like this

Had an issue with my tv and no questions asked and they replaced it for no extra charge

I have spent a lots of money over the years. Being a customer for over 30 years plus. And i haven't had to many return merchandise. And i am going to give Best Buy 10.

I have not had to use this time I bought the protection. It does however give me piece of mind. Another time I bought this protection and did have to use it and it was easy to have them take care of everything.

This is great so if anything goes wrong, your covered and hopefully nothing will go wrong with my appliance, loving this protection plan

The TV was incredibly easy to setup. I have an existing Alexa Fire TV and once connected to my WiFi network, it was simple to clone the apps and settings from the other TV. That is an awesome feature. The only issue I have with the TV so far is that the colors don't seem as vibrant or accurate as I was hoping they would be. For instance, I watched the U of Oregon vs Oregon State football game. The Oregon uniforms were a bright green and the OSU uniforms were orange. The orange looked red and no matter how much I attempted to adjust the color, I couldn't find any way to get it right. Other than that it seems like a decent TV, especially for the Black Friday price.

having bought the extended warranty in case somthing happened was a hard decision at the time due to added cost at the time of purchase 3years later i couldnt have been happier with my decision geek squad was fast to make a repair when that option didnt work out they replaced with a brand new one thanks geek squad.

Geek Squad helped us install our 65” tv, the associates were very helpful. I would use there services again.

I have boughten many electronics from Best Buy over the years. However, I would recommend purchasing extended warranty coverage just incase. I did have a couple repairs done in the past. They were very satisfactorily performed with a high degree of professionalism. Be sure to purchase a Geek Squad Protection plan for all troubleshooting, service needs and operational advice.

If you buy a television from Best Buy trust me the Geek squad warranty is a must! You never know when something could go wrong and if you have this warranty you’ll be glad you did!
