Great protection for my tv for a reasonable price. Best thing is you can bring it in and they will fix it in store or give u a new tv or store credit if they’re not carrying the same model anymore

Did not order this set up service. Was informed that this is a much better warranty and that you stick by it as Amazon does not stick by their warranties.

I'm always questioning my self when I have to purchase protection for my large purchases. I purchased the protection to one of my TV's 3 years ago and my TV started to flicker. I called to get it service, however they could not fix it and my TV was replaced!!! You may not ever use the service but it sure was nice to have it when you need it.

The Geek Squad 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a must with all electronic purchases. I have not utilized the plan, but it's peace of mind knowing that our purchases are covered for the unexpected. There was no deductible only coverage at the fullest.

Support provided by Geek Squad was extremely smooth and I barely had to do anything.

Just used my geek squad protection plan on my OLED LG TV. I had burn in on the screen because I purchased the extended warranty geek squad replaced the OLED Screen. I am so glad I bought the extended warranty otherwise I would be purchasing another tv.

Wouldn't buy a product without protection and I know it will be worth it if something goes wrong

Great deal for dealing with my computer and issues and new parts.

The geek squad technicians that came to my home to service my tv were very good. However, the customer service on the phone, scheduling (a 12 HOUR WINDOW) and the lack of follow through (being told someone will call me back or email me) from the escalation team and never hearing from anyone. And being told that there must be 3 SERVICE CALLS (not including diagnostic ones) in order for them to replace the broken tv) made this a very bad customer service experience.

5 years of protection is a must! Especially if you're buying expensive OLED TVs

Always comes thru and perfect support because last year I had a problem with my 60" TV and they ordered the replacement screen at no cost - otherwise it would have been over $1200! Another problem a year later - and because of the on going problems - they stuck by their service and gave me full replacement cost I got the 65" same TV on sale for same as I got the 60" last year! Always on time and polite and explaining everything.
