Geek Squad has saved the day on numerous occasions and usually when I am in major meltdown mode due to a deadline. They are FABULOUS! I highly recommend.

Haven't had any need to utilize, but have in the past and received great service.

Purchasing the stuff gives me this good state that I would be taken care of if anything should happen. It makes me not to worry too much. Life is already stressful to be thinking about this kind of thing

I had a plan before when I purchased products from Best Buy and the service was great. Again I brought my computer to get a security check and upgrade. The process was great even due to the virus. It took a couple of days but it was all done to my satisfaction. I haven't used the service on the TV I bought hope everything is all good.

Geek squad is always excellent. I love shopping at Best Buy for their customer service.

It's inexpensive, and I like knowing that if something goes wrong there are capable people that will fix my products with great customer service.

I have a few questions, what is the price of the item, are you expecting it to last awhile, and is it a good product if you checked those boxes then you should get a warranty {my opinion of course}

I had a TCL TV that needed service done and ended having to get a replacement. I'm so glad I had the protection plan, they replaced my TV with a new one, which was a newer model. The one "downfall" is they give you credit for the current value of the TV instead of the price one paid for the product. Besides that the service was excellent and very professional.

Geek Squad came in and took care of me by doing a Sony Triage. They submitted a claim on my behalf and were able to get me a replacement confirmation code to have my current TV exchanged.

I trust geek squad. I paid it once and im guaranteed to be stress free

I've been buying products at Best Buy since 2006 from laptops...to tablets....Cameras... to TV and Ring home security cameras...Their protection plan is the only one I buy for products bc when something doesnt work they Fix it right away and can bring some items to store like tablets or laptops...while at other stores all items need to be shipped out for fixing

Geek squad is impossible to cancel. I'm hoping I don't have to use it!

Luckily having purchased Sony i have not had to utilize my Geek Squad warranty.

Free in home Geek Squad visits have been very helpful! They migrated data between my two I Macs and are helping me fine tune my Wi-Fi system in the house. The agents even make product recommendations and schedule a future appointment to deliver and install new items.

Never had to actually use the protection plan thankfully but having one on my products gives me some peace of mind in case something happens

Really nice because they will fix the issue there. Peace of mind you are covered

Bought this for extra protection on a tv. haven't used it yet but good to have.
