It was an easy transaction. I went to the store with a printed sheet of the TV I want it. The salesperson only had to look on line and ordered it for me.

You should always consider purchasing Geek Squad protection on major tech purchases. They have saved me on several occasions, with a television and a computer that stopped working. I can't imagine what it would have cost me to get my tech fixed without the support of the Geek Squad protection plans. A must.

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

Hopefully we won't need to use this warranty but wanted to make sure we had it just in case.. I'm so tired of buying stuff they come with a 1 year warranty after the 1 year warranty they fall apart.

Good price and good TV, excellent service and customer service

good tv. ideal for games. very powerful sound. I like that it is updated frequently. If you like to watch movies in the evenings in a dark room, then this TV will give a good result. in a bright room, the image will be dark. I advise you to buy if there is a discount on the TV, you will not regret the money.

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.

I've started putting Geek Squad protection on everything. There have been a couple times, especially with my desktop computer, where it was very helpful to have their expertise. If its an expensive purchase I just do it. I find the Geek Squad staff to be very helpful and already having a protection plan can really cut down on the cost of fixing a problem.

The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

Best Buy's Extended 5-year Plan for $179.99, is a bargain, compared to SONY manufacturers Extended 4-year Warranty (max.) -$178.99. And, after reading the fine print in comparison to the 'GEEK SQUAD", without a doubt, maximized service monetarily- BEST BUY was the way go (SONY offered same TV sale at the time).

The picture quality is out of this world. Its colorful and crisp

Haven’t had to use it yet, but from everything they say that you get, I am very glad as a single older woman I have it.
