Tv was hooked up flawlessly! The delivery was smooth and convenient.

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!

Great picture. Liked the idea of being able to load different apps. Didn't like the fact that the memory was quickly used up after uploading a few apps. We ofteh received a message to uninstall apps to clean up the memory. Overall this is a great TV for the cost. You may need to be a little tech savvy for this one.

I haven't had to use this yet, thankfully. Bought this coverage with a brand new LG OLED TV. Seemed like a practical buy given the price of the tv.

Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

This was a gift to my husband and he loves it so much. There is so many great thing not only for him but me as well

It’s best to have protection on the things you buy because you never know what can happen to the things that cost a lot! I love this protection very much and it has helped me a lot aswell

I always get the Best Buy warranties, they are great, never had a bad experience when i had to use my warranty. Worth getting.

Seems to be a great service but forewarning, you must pay separate for each item you want covered.

I add the GSP or GSPR plans to just about every item I buy that offers them. At worst it is like a cheap insurance plan for my new item that I don't wind up using because the item held up great. At best they are there should something go wrong and I don't have to pay the full cost of a repair or replacement out of pocket.

I would recommend this to anyone taking a chance on a television.

5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a no-brainer. Covers just about every incident that could happen to the equipment.
