Haven’t had to use it yet, but from everything they say that you get, I am very glad as a single older woman I have it.

Took out the extended warranty...hope I don't have to use it. Just gives peace of mind to know I don't have to take it in and they will come to me to repair.

We had purchased a brand new Samsung TV last year and just one month after the one year warranty expired, the TV went caput. Thankfully, we had extended warranty with our credit card company who gave us our full refund to purchase a new TV with a 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan that we had to use just three weeks after purchase. Highly recommend protection, today, as nothing can be sure to lasts like they once did.

My purchase was but a few weeks ago and, beyond their initial installation and set-up, I have not yet had to make use of their services. However, from my past experiences with Best Buy's Geek Squad (in-store) and this installation/set-up, I have no doubt that their past service will remain unchanged should my need for it arise in the future.

What more do you expect? It's a plan there in case you break it.

No question it’s a smart buy!! as equipment get more sophisticated there is more possibility of things breaking down. This is a great way to protect yourself, and ensure that you do not waste your hard earned money.

They were in and out. But they said they don't work for geek squard. they are just on contract to do installs. in and out, took the packaging stuff too.

Love the Geek Squad. Haven't needed thier service very often as I like to purchase top quality products. When I hVe needed them, thier service was top notch.
