We are very happy with our 5-year protection service. The cost was reasonable and the peace of mind is great. The tv was expensive and we are happy we are covered if anything goes wrong.

This is a great basic TV. I already had a sound bar and Roku, so I didn't need a Smart TV. The sound and picture are great and it was easy to set-up.

I always buy warranty on electronic. Doing so will give you peace in mind.

Honestly wasn't aware that the service came with the purchase. Have had some questions about situations with the TV. Have not followed up like I should. When I was asked to review Geek Squad so I called them. They were very helpful and offered to send someone to check out the problem. The Phone Geek and I decided we would make sure the problem wasn't with the cable network or box. We are working with Spectrum on the problem.

So far have not had to use them but bought this with other high end purchases will surely ease your mind on things especially if you are buying items worth up to and past $200.

Bought this because my 18 month old Bravia x85k stopped working. Have not had to use it yet. $300 for 5 years on a $1500 tv

Buying extra warranty always gives piece of mind . They replaced a washer for me before.

The Geed Squad service was outstanding! The representatives communicated frequently to let me know the status of their arrival, and were professional during the service call.

I have purchased service warrantees in the past with the hopes of not needing to submit a claim but have confidence in having the coverage due to positive past experience.

Its a great service and i would do it again but my needs have changed.

. I will also be purchasing the protection for gifts for my parents so they can also have the same piece of mind. I purchased this back up plan in connection with one of the TVs that I use for gaming and watching streaming movies It is great to know that I can have the peace of mind that my item will get fixed if there is a problem.

Would recommend this to anyone get your extended warranty plan anything can happen to your tv even its brand new it happens to anyone even the new tvs never know what will happen be safe than sorry

Only problem is three service calls before an exchange. Tech was on time and courteous. Finally after 45 days authorization for exchange was given. Authorized 50 inch as 49 was no longer made with one model drop. Still worth the money !

The agents helped with my return of my tv due to a crack in the screen.

Havent had to use it yet, but it was a great price for $99 added to tv.

Stress free, Knowing that i have a back up plan makes me wanna go back to the store and purchase more devices. Their warranty is worth it .
