    U purchased the Geek squad 2 year.to cover my 100" tv. An asset has to have protection.

    I chose to get geek squad protection for 2 years for 43.99 literally covers anything will replace brand new instead of the best buy protection because that one was only for 1 year at 199.00 for a membership yeah ok nice try

    I purchased this for a little peace of mind. Because the oled tv is a little more expensive I didn't want to have to worry about any problems that might pop up.

    We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

    I would have been out $3,500 if it wasn't for this protection plan. I'm now a believer in purchasing these plans as they replaced the tv for a new one no questions asked

    Haven't had a problem on Hisense Tv's but there's always a first time, knock on wood. I bought the TV reg price was $1000, for 75", I got on sale for Christmas for $600.00, The protection plan was $ 75. or close, I am proud to be protected. I had the use the plan on another model TV, and bestbuy honored very well.

    This protection plan is a must , it’s always good to protect your electronics , you never know what can happen , all this years being a BB customer the protection plans have saved me lot of money on repairs

    Had an issue with a new tv, nothing to do with Best Buy, from the factory. They were very responsive and reliable. Very helpful and reactive. Glad I paid for the service.

    I haven't had to use it yet but the did use it on the last TV that I purchased and it was great. They came out and repaired the TV twice over 3 years. Then, on the third repair, they gave me a store credit for a new equivalent TV or I could use the amount towards a better one. Simple and very pleasant.

    Works as stated oled tv had burn in and techs came out and inspected the tv. A few hours later I received email saying they would replace tge tv.

    Our previous tv (Vizio) used to jump and had a "squiggly" picture when the scenes changed in a show. It was about 1/2 the tv picture when it did this. Geek Squad came out and looked at the tv, replaced wires, replaced the mother board to no avail. They did everything they could, but the tv couldn't be fixed. Made it easier to return it for a new model. Very professional and worth the warranty price.

    Geek Squad fixed my TV

    The agents came out to my home to fix the speaker on my Samsung TV. The TV was bought new but the speaker was faulty. They fixed the issue and were out in about 20 minutes from my home.
