this protection plan is excellent ! from previous experience - with our defective tv which didn't function after the geek squad guys tried to repair it, we were offered replacement of the defective tv or store credit. we chose the store credit. we were able to buy a newer model of the tv (with additional cost, of course).

Very fast very professional. I enjoyed the experience so much I bought another TV with the same exact warranty just because of how professional the geek squad is highly recommended.

Always great to have some protection and help in case anythign happens. Geek Squad are a massive help.

Haven't had to use this and hope we don't have to, but it's there if we should need it. Gives peace of mind!

Worth the extra money was able to get my broken tv replaced

I had a TCL TV that needed service done and ended having to get a replacement. I'm so glad I had the protection plan, they replaced my TV with a new one, which was a newer model. The one "downfall" is they give you credit for the current value of the TV instead of the price one paid for the product. Besides that the service was excellent and very professional.

I've been buying products at Best Buy since 2006 from laptops...to tablets....Cameras... to TV and Ring home security cameras...Their protection plan is the only one I buy for products bc when something doesnt work they Fix it right away and can bring some items to store like tablets or laptops...while at other stores all items need to be shipped out for fixing

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

I love geek service, but i dont think I needed it for my lg g3 tv. So i canceled it

18 month old Samsung tv stopped working for no reason. Purchased a new tv from Best Buy and got a 5 year warranty. Best Buy offers the geek squad who I was able to call and set up my new tv. Excellent customer service
