I had an e pensive tv go out after 2 years and had no protection insurance. I just purchased a 75” Sony and won’t let that happen again! I have covered this investment for 5 years! I have had Geek squad on my computers for years and have been well pleased. I have faith they will repair or replace my tv if a problem occurs after the original first year warranty

Love the people. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Only problem was that when my daughter broke my tv from hitting it they said that warranty doesn’t cover things like that.

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!

I always add Geek Squad protection to my Bestbuy purchases over $150 that I expect to last me 2+ years. I have been a Bestbuy customer for many years, and got to meet a few of Geek Squad teams at different branches of the store. They're knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

I hesitate to purchase any insurance or services since I never use them. I have used this. I purchased two computers and they came to my house and transferred all my programs/documents and set up the screen the way I wanted. Since then I have called for help with an app and was helped over the phone.

The extra protection is work it, the unexpected can always happen..

This worked for me on the last tv I bought. Had it for about 4+ years and then screen went blank. Best buy was going to send tv off and have it fixed, but the tv was so cheap, they gave me my money back, less cost of protection plan. Since they do not sell the model I returned.

Better safe than sorry. Just get it, it ends up being worth it.
