Well, I've never really had to use geek squad and that means the quality of the products purchased are a success.

setting up my new television and mount purchase along with my install appt. at my home for my telelvision was easy with the help of the Best Buy Customer Service Representative Margie.

Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Purchased as protection for unforseen future product failure. Provides a comfort level for significant purchase.

We love the geek squad. I always recommend getting a protection plan even if you don’t/won’t use it! It is worth it! I will not buy another large item without a protection plan. Geek squad is nice and very quick with what they do.

Absolute garbage OS. Won’t connect using Ethernet using a 1Gbps fiber connection. Won’t stay connected on Wi-Fi 6 mesh. Can’t login using TV or app. Won’t update apps because they’re not installed but they’re also installed by default? Can’t add tv as a device because my email is already registered to the device? Replacing with Sony. $4.5k piece of garbage.

This is a service plan, an insurance plan for any possible issues w/ the equipment we purchased. The actual evaluation isn't particularly valid until such time we have to make a call... then, truth will out.

this has saved me so many times from repair fees If they can't repair it, they will give u a new one comparable. The first geek squad agent, broke it even more lol. The second one was like..uh she messed it up we have to replace the entire tv...i was cool with that...so always get this protection plan!!

Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

Just wanted to get a little extra protection for my new TV.

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

Highly recommended you never know when you may need tos service and to have the piece of mind is worth it to us

I hope I never have to use it with our new OLED TV, but it saved my bacon when our 2 yr old LED set developed an issue with the panel. Since Visio panels are not replaceable, it provided a credit equal to my purchase price. This allowed me to upgrade to the better quality picture of OLED.

I bought a 600 tv. Ain’t no way I’m not gonna insure it for 2 year after the fire destroyed the last one. I love my tv so much, I literally named it “Brad Pitts TV” I’m almost positive he owns the exact same mode. So no better option then to protect the same tv that he may or may not own.
