I purchased this only because my GeeK Squad tech support would not cover the TV and I have the regular tech support for electronics and I have yet to have a problem as I have had to take my computer in 3 times and has been fixed. I figured this protection plan will be a good idea should something happen in the next 5 years.

This product is some great stuff although I don’t necessarily like to shop at Best Buy there are when you really want to get a good deal and you can’t finance anywhere else for the same price as far as washing machines/drawers go they are terrible

During my issues w my Samsung TV, they made it out to my home but ultimately I was told there was nothing that could really be done. Ultimately I had the coverage for the tv and it was replaced.

It would be stupid not to purchase the geek squad plan when buying a samsung tv for the price, because after you own the tv for maybe a month, you will get an insurance packet from samsung, after registering your tv online. It is extremely expensive, while geek-squad if you purchase minimum of 2 years you can renew it when the 2 years is up.

The protection plan seemed like the thing to get especially after the price of the tv. I recommend getting the 2 year protection plan. I've read reviews saying that after about 2 months the tv goes out. hasn't happened to me but still its a precaution.

The agents did an outstanding job replacing the television under warranty with our replacement. They delivered it, set it up and explained its features and operation. Glad we had the warranty.

The Geek Squad was wonderful when I had to replace my television. The process was really easy and the exchange went by flawlessly.

Got this 55” tv on deal of the day and I gotta say it has a way nicer picture than my previous 65” tv. Sony Oled has never disappointed me. Can’t wait to get my hands on a much bigger one.

I would highly recommend getting addtl coverage when possible. Some rates should be lower or should come free fpr a year for certain products

Agents set the Tv up and showed me the operation. Agents were very polite and didn't leave any packaging behind for me to have to dispose of.

Excellent. I have purchased it many times. Used it on a smartwatch and tv. Both times super easy. No questions asked store credit. Gotta love Best Buy. Always top notch customer service.

I wish i would have knew how this works but anyway i am glade i got the service cause i needed it a month after purchasing but could not use it untill a year later the manufacturing warrenty last a year an had to be used 1st

We were so glad we got the extended warranty with our purchase of the Insignia 50" TV . The geek squad came out promptly, and replaced the power supply twice, the third time the power supply went bad, Best Buy replaced the TV at no charge, We are very happy with the replacement, and Best Buy truly stands by their warrantys

Geek squad is always the best with warranties. This is why I only shop at BestBuy for all of my electronics.

I actually upgraded my Geek Squad PP to 5 years prior to delivery

My device has not had any problems, but having the peace of mind that if it broke or malfunctions I could easily get it fixed. Amazing service

Purchased this protection plan along with a tablet I bought. The tablet unfortunately does not get as good of a rating as the protection, and thanks to the protection plan and Geek Squad the issues with the tablet have been fixed (more than once). Geek Squad always helpful and friendly. Have used them for other products as well.

I always recommend purchasing the geek squad warranty. The convenience of them coming out to your house instead of having to take your device to them is so convenient. No matter the item or price I always purchase extended warranty at Best Buy.

I really like the Explorer service because I haven't had a bad experience with it yet as always worked out any issues that I came across great service that's always there the answer questions and give you help on your product
