I have renewed my Geek Squad coverage for the last 5 years. I’ve had wonderful service from them. Anytime I need assistance I can log in from home and most of the time they fix the problem in no time. When I have had to go to the store everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The Geek Squad representatives are always knowledgeable and conduct themselves in a professional manor. They always go the extra mile to address my concerns on any product we purchase from Best Buy.

My technician who arrived to install my device was very professional calling me prior to arrival and answered all my questions and explained all I need to know to enjoy my total internet access throughout my property.

When I purchased my tv I had to get protection.If you really care about your tv and want to use it without thinking about any damaged not being covered .Then this is the plan you need and have a peace of mind .Enjoying my tv to the Max

Not only do we all want warranty on our stuff but who better to take care of my electronics then Geek squad. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solved and if it got to the point where it could not be solved it was replaced no questions asked

i haven't used the service but since I bought my Mom a new flat screen tv for Christmas I thought it was a good idea. If the tv is over a certain size they come to the house to service it

My westinghouse 46" died on me luckily right before 4 yr warranty expired. Used warranty to purchase this cheaper tv, but it's bigger, better quality pic, picks up more free channels with the antennnae and got another 5 yr warranty. Had $150 leftover to finally buy me a keurig 2.0. Very pleased with Best buy warranty program. No need to hang on to receipt, all info stays in your best buy account if you need to use the warranty.

They mounted it ok just not where my wife wanted it. Not really their faults

Geek squad protection is a must for all Best Buy products it means no reason to pay double when inevitably something doesn’t work
