The delivery and installing a new mount and 65" TV was perfect. In addition the TV was calibrated and streaming services were installed as well as several apps. All wires and cables were connected including a separate soundbar. In addition, when screen issues arose after 18 months, Geel Squad Protection Plan (GSPP) replaced the original TV with a TV of our choice and the new installation is also covered by the protection plan. We have the GSPP on all of our electronics purchased from Best Buy and is has been worth it.

Dreaming on my next new product from Best Buy! Please make it possible for me.

This TV replaced an old one that did not stream and since we dropped Direct TV because the price was ridiculous and we went to all streaming for 1/3 the cost we had to get a new TV. This roku TV is wonderful. Has a much better picture than the old one and a GREAT price

I really like the product, the color is fantastic and the is amazing. I only find it difficult to setup Lg account. But eventually I got it and I am still installing some apps. But I found Netflix on the remote but any time I tried to download it I don’t get it. But I like the product.

My computer was not working well and they worked on it to get it running efficiently.

I bought this for my daughter and her fiancé to cover her new TV. I’m going to count on this to identify the problem with this new TV which created three spots across the screen.

Warranties are great to ensure your product's lifeline. So far i didn't need it so far, but it's always a good investment, you never know what could happen and best buy's warranties have solved some issues in the past when i needed ;)

Massive 75-inch Toshiba FIRE TV at a Bargain Price. Took me three days to take apart the old TV, build up the new TV and get it all installed and working. FANTASTIC pictures! Watched the Tour de France in STYLE! LOVE IT! Also purchased 5-year Geek Squad protection. Best Buy is FANTASTIC !!! ONE STOP SHOPPING! THANKS!

Warranty to give me a piece of mind excellent customer service in past so there was no hesitation.

I highly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad warranty for all electronic devices. If they can't fix it, they will replace it. It's a win for the price. Buy the warranty when you shop at Best Buy!

This was an easy add on for me. I do not have to worry about the lifespan of the TV and will be supported if anything were to occur. I am not tech savvy so appreciate the protection.

I added the Geek Squad 5-Year Protection Plan when I bought my new TV, and I’m really glad I did. A year in, the screen started flickering out of nowhere. One call to Geek Squad, and they had someone scheduled to check it out right away. No stress, no back-and-forth. They ended up replacing the TV without any hassle. The whole process was smooth, and they actually stood by what they promised. It gave me real peace of mind knowing I didn’t have to eat the cost of a big purchase if something went wrong.

I never use to purchase extended warranties and for some unknown reason I purchased one on a laptop, I'm glad I did i cracked the screen and everything was covered from then on I get one evertime, if you divide the cost over 5 years it's not bad

Its a protection plan for your TV. Recently had to put it to use when mine randomly died. Told them what happened, they printed a receipt and I went and grabbed a new one completely painless!

We purchased this option as to protect this $1000 unit. We had a great Samsung for 2 years with no Geek protection from BB. Any item that has potential of under-life potential will have this morning forward.

Well you cant go wrong with geek squad service planned. I have it and when I need hepl it great to have a peace of mind that the greek squad protect plain will be a big peace of mind that your devices will be fix or replace. And the people that take care of you have your back!!!!

I hope I never need it but I feel good knowing I do.
